Each Mariangélica Guerra order is prepared with the same care with which each garment is created. Below you will find detailed information about the processing times, shipping methods, and delivery conditions of our pieces.


1. Processing and delivery times

  • All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Shipments are dispatched Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor your package.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the city or municipality:
    • Main cities: 1–3 business days.

    • Other areas of the country: 3–7 business days.

(During high-demand seasons or special launches, delivery times may be slightly extended.)


2. Domestic shipping (Colombia)

  • We ship throughout Colombia using trusted carriers such as Servientrega, Coordinadora, or Envía.
  • Free shipping on all purchases.

3. International shipping

  • We offer international shipping through DHL Express or FedEx.
  • Delivery times vary by country (approximately 5 to 10 business days).
  • Customs duties or import taxes are not included in the order total and must be covered by the customer upon delivery.

4. Packaging and presentation

Each garment is carefully packaged in a protective bag and a custom-designed box, ensuring proper preservation during transport.
Our goal is for you to receive your piece in perfect condition, ready to enjoy or gift.


5. Order tracking

  • You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
  • You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.

6. Delivery delays or issues

  • If the provided address contains errors or the carrier is unable to complete delivery, the package will be returned to our facilities.
  • In this case, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment (the second shipment may incur an additional cost).
  • Mariangélica Guerra is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, strikes, road closures, or events beyond our control.

7. Combined shipments and custom orders

  • If you place multiple orders within a short period, we may combine them into a single shipment to optimize delivery (upon request).
  • Custom-made or made-to-order pieces may require additional production time, which will be communicated prior to payment.
