Returns and exchanges policy

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Every Mariangélica Guerra garment has been made with dedication and care, but if for any reason you need to make an exchange, return, or repair, you will find all the information you need here.

1. Returns

  • You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The garment must be new, unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
  • Promotional products or products from the sale section are not eligible for returns, except for reasons of quality or manufacturing defects.
  • If the return is approved, we will cover the shipping costs and issue a refund within 10 business days of receiving the garment.

2. Exchanges

  • You can request an exchange within 30 days for clothing and 5 days for accessories on our EXCHANGES & RETURNS portal.
  • Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.
  • The garment must be in perfect condition, unused and unwashed, with tags and original packaging.
  • In case of exchange due to size or reference, the customer assumes the cost of shipping to our workshop, and we cover the return shipping to you.
  • Promotional products can only be exchanged for quality reasons.

3. Repairs or adjustments

  • If your garment requires an adjustment or repair, the cost of the repair will be assumed by Mariangélica Guerra.
  • However, the customer will bear the cost of shipping the product to and from our workshop.

4. Products with manufacturing defects

If you receive a damaged or defective garment:

  • Our quality control team will evaluate the product.
  • If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the full value will be refunded or an exchange or store credit will be offered.
  • If the damage is due to misuse, improper washing, or incorrect handling, no refund will be issued.

5. Procedure

  2. We will respond within 24 to 48 business hours with instructions and shipping address.
  3. Once we receive your garment and verify its condition, we will proceed with the corresponding exchange, return, or repair.

6. Disclaimer

Mariangélica Guerra is not liable for damage caused by force majeure, misuse, or handling contrary to the garment care instructions.
