Welcome to Mariangélica Guerra (“MAG”, “we”, “us”). These Terms govern access to and use of the website, its content, functionalities, and the purchase of our products (the “Services”). 1. Access and account

You must be of legal age in your country to make a purchase. When registering or placing an order, you guarantee that the information you provide is accurate and up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities carried out under your account.

2. Handcrafted products and variations

Many of our products are handmade. Slight variations in color, texture, or finishes may occur compared to the images shown (depending on device, lighting, or production batch). These variations do not constitute a defect.

3. Made-to-order pieces (Pre-order / Made to order)

Some items are produced on a made-to-order basis. When a product is marked as “Pre-order” or “Reserve piece”:

  • The estimated production and dispatch time is 3 to 4 business weeks, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

  • Payment is charged at the time of reservation.

  • Changes, cancellations, or size adjustments are only possible within the first 24 hours after purchase by contacting [info@mariangelicaguerra.com]. After this period, the order enters production and cannot be cancelled.

  • Applicable return conditions are governed by our [Returns and Exchanges Policy].

4. Orders and acceptance

By submitting an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders (e.g., due to lack of stock, payment verification, or incomplete information). Acceptance is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. Please review your order carefully before completing payment.

5. Prices, currency, and taxes

Prices may change without prior notice. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation:

  • Colombia store: COP currency.

  • International / EU store: EUR currency.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices do not include shipping costs, customs duties, or import taxes of the destination country, which must be covered by the customer.

6. Payments

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include PayU (cards, PSE) and bank transfer.

  • PayU (Colombia): Payments are securely processed by PayU. If a payment is declined, please check with your bank or use an alternative payment method.

  • Bank transfer: Please complete the transfer within 48 hours and send the proof of payment via WhatsApp to +57 301 879 8067, indicating your order number #{{ order_number }}. If proof of payment is not received within this timeframe, we may cancel the order.

By completing payment, you declare that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

7. Shipping and delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure. Risk and ownership transfer to the customer upon delivery of the order to the carrier. Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing payment.

8. Exchanges, returns, and refunds

These are governed by our [Returns and Exchanges Policy].
If a refund applies, it will be processed using the same payment method originally used. Please note that processing times depend on each bank or payment gateway (e.g., PSE/PayU may take several business days).

9. Intellectual property

All content on the website (including trademarks, designs, texts, photographs, videos, and patterns) belongs to MAG or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited. All rights reserved.

10. Third-party tools and links

We may provide access to third-party tools or links on an “as is” basis. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or use. Please review the policies of such third parties before interacting with them.

11. Relationship with Shopify

Our store is powered by Shopify. All sales are made directly between you and MAG. Shopify is not a party to the transaction and is not responsible for the products or post-sale service.

12. User comments and content

If you submit reviews or comments, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use them for editorial or promotional purposes. You agree not to post unlawful, defamatory, or offensive content.

13. Permitted use

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to attempt to breach its security, collect data without authorization, or interfere with its operation.

14. Warranties and liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, MAG shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or products. Nothing herein limits non-waivable consumer rights.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Colombia – Courts of Medellín. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Medellín, Colombia.

16. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the changes.
